He earned his Charter Life Underwriter Degree in 1989 and contracted with National Farm Life in 1991, becoming Regional Coordinator for South Texas in 1995. Glen has been a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors since 1978, and he served as State President in 1999-2000. Glen is a member of the Texas Leaders Round Table, and has received numerous industry awards such as the National Sales Achievement Award, National Quality Award, Outstanding Achievement Award from the TLRT, and the Pioneer Award from the Leadership In Life Institute. -

Coy started as a writing agent and made the President's Cabinet for ten consecutive years. During that same time he began recruiting and training agents, and became the Regional Coordinator for East Texas in 1991.
